For those risks needing extra coverage beyond the Primary Flood policy, the WNC Excess Flood Program offers coverage for dwellings, condominiums, apartment houses, townhouses, office buildings, hotels, restaurants, shopping centers, timeshares, and some co-ops with limits of up to $15 million(building and residential contents combined). Last but not least, the WNC Commercial Flood Program is a unique program that offers a total combined limit of up $5 million for building, contents, and business income for non-coastal commercial risks.
